At Pawsnclaws.org, we empower our users to provide authentic feedback about sellers, whether positive or negative. These community standards are designed to enhance your experience with features such as testimonials, profile pages, puppy listings, and private messaging.

We are dedicated to upholding the integrity of the Pawsnclaws.org community. Any attempts to manipulate content or community features by submitting false, misleading, or inauthentic information are strictly forbidden. Violations of these standards or the Terms of Service may result in restricted access to community features, the removal of content, delisting of puppy ads, or suspension or termination of your account. Accounts found to be engaging in misconduct may be permanently banned.

If you suspect any manipulation of content or violations of our standards, we strongly encourage you to report the matter. We take all concerns seriously and will conduct thorough investigations.

These guidelines apply to all content submitted to Pawsnclaws.org, including text, images, videos, and links, as well as interactions with fellow community members.

Testimonial Eligibility

To submit a testimonial for a seller, you must have purchased a dog that was listed in an advertisement on Pawsnclaws.org. This includes payments made for deposits or other fees related to the purchase. Testimonials can be submitted for up to two years after the date of purchase.

Additional Guidelines for Testimonials

In addition to the general guidelines, please adhere to the following when submitting testimonials:

• If your testimonial is removed or rejected for failing to meet our standards, you may resubmit it once. Following a second rejection, further submissions will not be permitted.
• Sellers responding to testimonials must also adhere to these community standards.
• Only individuals who have purchased a dog through Pawsnclaws.org are eligible to leave testimonials.
• Each purchase is limited to a single testimonial; duplicate submissions are prohibited.
• Pawsnclaws.org reserves the right to determine whether any content is in violation of these community standards or the Terms of Service.
• We may impose restrictions on testimonial submissions if we detect unusual activity or to ensure an optimal user experience.

Be Helpful and Relevant

The community is intended to foster informative and relevant content to assist others. Submitted content should be factual, based on your personal experiences rather than speculation or opinion.

Respect Others

To maintain a welcoming environment for all users, interactions within the Pawsnclaws.org community must be respectful. Specifically:

• Do not post content that is libelous, defamatory, harassing, threatening, or inflammatory. This includes refraining from profanity and any expressions of hatred or intolerance based on race, ethnicity, nationality, gender or gender identity, religion, sexual orientation, age, or disability.
• Obscene, pornographic, or sexually explicit images or content are strictly prohibited.
• Respect the privacy of others; do not share personal information such as phone numbers or email addresses, or link to malicious websites.
• Do not impersonate individuals or organizations or misrepresent your identity.
• Avoid sending repeated messages or requests to others.
• Refrain from name-calling or attacking others based on differing viewpoints.

Prohibited Photo Content

In addition to the aforementioned restrictions, you may not include any contact information in your photos, including phone numbers, email addresses, social media profiles, or website links.

Infringing Content

Do not post content or engage with community members in ways that infringe upon the intellectual property or proprietary rights of others. Only share your original content or content for which you have obtained explicit permission.
